This winter I saw an idea to take an old adult sized sweater, cut the arms off, sew some trim and make it into a sweater dress for a little girl! I thought this was an adorable idea so I asked my mom if we could find some thrift store sweaters and get to work.
Of course cutting up an old sweater was not good enough for Jules! Together we decided to knit our own pattern on the knitting machine.

My mom is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to this seriously complex machine; so as much as I wanted to help on the knitting machine, it was best that I just stepped aside and let the boss handle the knitting! When they were knit up, we picked out cute buttons to match the yarn and I helped sew those on!

Here are some of the recipients! (These sweaters ended up being a little bit large, but they will fit next winter for sure! CUTE!!
